Pancake Mix Instructions:
AP UNBLEACHED FLOUR, *NON ALBUMIN BAKING POWDER, *BAKING SODA, SEA SALT, CANE SUGAR
*Indicates NOT ORGANIC

2 cups Old Fashioned Living Organic Handcrafted Pancake Mix
1 ½ cup Milk
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Melted Butter
2 tsp Vanilla extract
If your pancake batter feels a bit too thick, pour in a splash of milk at a time, stirring gently. You’re looking for that “just right” consistency—neither runny nor heavy—just like the pancakes Grandma used to make.

Yields 10 pancakes
Pour batter on a hot buttered skillet. When bubbles start coming up all over, it’s time to flip the pancake. Now depending how cooked you like your pancake will determine when to put it on your plate. I’ll leave that up to up, but for me I like my pancakes cooked a little doughy in the middle. ADD-IN IDEAS:Get creative here! Add fruits, soften cream cheese, a zest of a lemon, cinnamon, maybe a dash of coconut extract. There are endless possibilities!

Waffle Mix Instructions:
AP UNBLEACHED FLOUR, *NON ALUMINUM BAKING POWDER, SEA SALT, CANE SUGAR
*Indicates NOT ORGANIC

2 ½ cups of Old Fashioned Living Organic Handcrafted Waffle Mix
2 cups Milk
2 Eggs
½ cup Melted Butter
2 tsp Vanilla extract
This batter will be on the thicker side, just the way a good waffle batter should be. Once you stir in the wet ingredients, don’t let it linger too long—the baking powder is already at work, making the batter light and fluffy. For the best old-time waffles, ladle it onto your hot waffle iron while it’s fresh and lively.
Yields 5 waffles
Pour batter on a hot waffle iron filling it almost to the edges. Flip iron and let the machine do it’s work!
