Taco Seasoning

Classic Ground Beef Tacos

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef and drain excess grease. Add 2–3 tablespoons Old Fashioned Living Taco Seasoning and ½–¾ cup water. Stir and simmer 5–10 minutes until thickened. Serve in taco shells or tortillas with your favorite toppings.

Taco Stuffed Peppers

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey. Add 2 tablespoons taco seasoning, ½ cup cooked rice, and ½ cup salsa. Spoon into halved bell peppers. Top with cheese and bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, until peppers are tender.

Taco Dip

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef and drain. Stir in 2 tablespoons taco seasoning. Layer with refried beans, sour cream, salsa, and shredded cheese. Serve warm or cold with tortilla chips.

Taco Chicken

Directions: Sprinkle 1–2 tablespoons taco seasoning over 1 lb chicken breasts or thighs. Add ½ cup water or chicken broth. Cover and simmer until chicken reaches 165°F. Shred and use for tacos, burritos, salads, or nachos.

Taco Potatoes

Directions: Toss 1½ lbs diced potatoes with 1–2 tablespoons taco seasoning and 2 tablespoons oil. Roast at 425°F for 30–40 minutes, stirring halfway through. Top with cheese, sour cream, and green onions.

Taco Salad

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef and season with 2 tablespoons taco seasoning and ½ cup water. Serve over lettuce with tomatoes, cheese, corn, black beans, avocado, and tortilla chips. Top with salsa or ranch dressing.

Taco Beans & Rice

Directions: Combine 2 cups cooked rice, 1 can drained black beans, 1 cup corn, and 1–2 tablespoons taco seasoning. Add salsa or a splash of broth and heat until warm. Top with cheese.

Mexican Street Corn

Directions: Mix 1 teaspoon taco seasoning with ½ cup mayonnaise and ½ cup sour cream. Spread over cooked corn and sprinkle with cheese and fresh cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.

Taco Mac & Cheese

Directions: Prepare your favorite macaroni and cheese. Brown ½–1 lb ground beef and add 1 tablespoon taco seasoning. Stir the beef into the mac and cheese. Add salsa and extra cheese if desired.

Breakfast Tacos

Directions: Scramble 6 eggs and season with 1–2 teaspoons taco seasoning. Add cooked sausage or bacon, shredded cheese, and potatoes. Serve in warm tortillas.

Easy Taco Soup

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef. Add 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can corn, 1 can black beans, 1 can kidney beans, 4 cups broth, and 2–3 tablespoons taco seasoning. Simmer 20–30 minutes. Top with cheese and tortilla chips.

Taco Steak Fajitas

Directions: Toss 1 lb sliced steak with 1–2 tablespoons taco seasoning and 1 tablespoon oil. Cook in a hot skillet with sliced onions and bell peppers until steak reaches your desired doneness. Serve with warm tortillas.

Greek Chicken

Greek Roasted Potatoes

Directions: Toss 1½ lbs potatoes, cut into chunks, with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1–2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning. Roast at 425°F for 30–40 minutes, turning once, until golden and tender. Finish with fresh lemon juice.

Easy Greek Dressing

Directions: Whisk together 1 tablespoon Greek Seasoning, ½ cup olive oil, ¼ cup red wine vinegar, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Add a little honey if desired. Use on salads, roasted vegetables, or as a marinade.

 Greek Chicken Marinade

Directions: Combine 2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning, ¼ cup olive oil, and the juice of 1 lemon. Add 1 lb chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Grill or bake until cooked through.

Directions: Rub 1–2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning onto 1 lb of steak. Drizzle with olive oil and grill or pan-sear to your desired doneness. Let rest before slicing.

Greek Chicken Pitas

Directions: Season 1 lb chicken with 1–2 tablespoons Greek Seasoning and cook with a drizzle of olive oil. Slice and tuck into warm pita bread with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, and tzatziki sauce.

Greek Roasted Vegetables

Directions: Toss your favorite vegetables—zucchini, peppers, onions, tomatoes, or broccoli—with olive oil and 1 tablespoon Greek Seasoning. Roast at 425°F for 20–30 minutes, depending on the vegetables.

Greek Rice

Directions: Combine 4 cups pretzels, 4 cups Chex-style cereal, and 2 cups crackers. Toss with ¼ cup melted butter and 1–2 tablespoons Ranch Seasoning. Bake at 250°F for 45–60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Ranch Dip

Directions: Mix 1 tablespoon Ranch Seasoning with 1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, chips, or pretzels.

Ranch Deviled Eggs

Classic Spaghetti Sauce

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage and drain excess grease. Add 2–3 tablespoons Old Fashioned Living Spaghetti Seasoning and 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce or 1 large can crushed tomatoes. Stir well and simmer for 15–20 minutes. Serve over your favorite spaghetti noodles and top with Parmesan cheese.

Easy One-Pot Spaghetti

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef in a large pot and drain. Add 2 tablespoons Spaghetti Seasoning, 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce, and 2 cups water. Stir in 8 oz uncooked spaghetti. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender. Add more water if needed.

Cheesy Baked Pasta

Directions: Cook 12 oz of your favorite pasta and drain. Brown 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage. Stir in 2 tablespoons Spaghetti Seasoning and 24 oz pasta sauce. Combine with cooked pasta, place in a baking dish, and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Spaghetti Chicken Bake

Directions: Cook 12 oz spaghetti and drain. Combine with 2 cups cooked shredded chicken, 1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce, and 2 tablespoons Spaghetti Seasoning. Place in a greased baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes.

Spaghetti Garlic Bread

Directions: Mix 1 teaspoon Spaghetti Seasoning with ½ cup softened butter and 1–2 cloves minced garlic. Spread over sliced French bread and bake at 375°F for 8–12 minutes, until golden and fragrant. Serve alongside your favorite spaghetti dinner.

Hamburger Seasoning

Classic Seasoned Hamburgers

Directions: For every 1 lb of ground beef, gently mix in 1–2 tablespoons Hamburger Seasoning. Best if combined 1-2 hour prior to cooking. Form into 4 patties and grill or pan-fry to your desired doneness. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Meatloaf

Directions: Combine 2 lbs ground beef, 1 egg, 1 cup breadcrumbs, ½ cup milk, and 2–3 tablespoons Hamburger Seasoning. Shape into a loaf and bake at 350°F for 50–60 minutes, or until the center reaches 160°F. Add your favorite ketchup or glaze on top.

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef and drain excess grease. Add 1–2 tablespoons Hamburger Seasoning and ½ cup water. Simmer for 5–10 minutes. Serve in tortillas or taco shells with your favorite toppings.

Hamburger Casserole

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef and drain. Add 1–2 tablespoons Hamburger Seasoning, 1 can cream soup, and ½ cup milk. Stir in 3 cups cooked pasta or rice. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.

Seasoned Ground Beef & Potatoes

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef with diced onions. Add 1–2 tablespoons Hamburger Seasoning and 3 cups diced cooked or frozen potatoes. Cook until potatoes are golden and everything is heated through. Top with cheese if desired.

Chili

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef and drain. Add 1–2 tablespoons Hamburger Seasoning, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 1–2 cans beans, and 1 cup tomato sauce. Simmer for 20–30 minutes. Add more seasoning to taste.

Stuffed Peppers

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef. Stir in 1–2 tablespoons Hamburger Seasoning, 1 cup cooked rice, and 1 cup tomato sauce. Fill halved bell peppers, top with cheese, and bake at 375°F for 30–40 minutes, until peppers are tender.

Breakfast Hash

Directions: Brown ½–1 lb ground beef with diced potatoes and onions. Sprinkle with 1–2 teaspoons Hamburger Seasoning and cook until potatoes are tender. Top with fried or scrambled eggs for a hearty breakfast.

Cheeseburger Quesadillas

Directions: Brown 1 lb ground beef and season with 1–2 tablespoons Hamburger Seasoning. Spread the cooked beef and shredded cheese over tortillas. Fold and cook in a lightly buttered skillet until golden and crispy on both sides.

Directions: Mix 1–2 teaspoons Steak Seasoning into ½ cup softened butter. Refrigerate until firm. Place a slice on hot steak, baked potatoes, corn, or roasted vegetables for an extra burst of flavor.
